Summary | 0000129: Settlers can use the wrong stair under some conditions
Description | Settlers do not have a reliable way to path through a network of stairs between the 2 maps. Instead they assume that the closest stair will lead them to the underground/overworld and from there they'll be able to figure out a path toward their destination. This obviously proves problematic if the player count on having multiple "basements".
